Jakarta Provincial Government keeps incentively socializing Asian Games towards Jakarta people.

The successful implementation of the Asian Games can't be separated from the support of the city as the host and Palembang City, South Sumatera

Jakarta Youth and Sports Dept. Head, Rationo disclosed his dept. cooperates with regional heads and other related units to conduct various ways in socialization of Asian Games.

He stated several ways that have been made like gate decoration competition to welcome Independence Day with theme Asian Games.

"The current ongoing event is folk sports festival in each urban village. This is also one form of socialization that is done," he expressed, after coordination meeting with Asian Ames Organizing Committee (Inasgoc), Wednesday (3/14).

Goverment Realitions Inasgoc Coordinator, Raja Palindungan Pane expressed, socialization itself has been done via mass media and publication ad. To spread it widely, his side surely needs the role of the city government.

"The successful implementation of the Asian Games can't be separated from the support of the city as the host and Palembang City, South Sumatera. Hence we want support from regional heads to socialize," he stated.
